When did you come to Barbershop singing? Who brought whom to SOS?
Kathy: Gabrielle came to barbershop in spring 2016
Gabrielle: I brought my mom to sing in spring of 2018.
How long have you been singing women's Barbershop music?
Kathy: Gabrielle has been singing barbershop for about 2 years.
Gabrielle: My mom has been singing barbershop for a few months.
What is the most challenging thing about singing Barbershop that mother/daughter has helped you with?
Kathy and Gabrielle: Singing different parts was difficult. But now that we sing the same part, it is easier because we can ask each other questions.
What do you enjoy about singing together?
Kathy and Gabrielle: Singing together is a great bonding experience that we enjoy.
What tip would you offer a new member joining SOS?
Kathy and Gabrielle: A tip we would offer a new member joining SOS is to be open to new ideas and meeting new people.
What is your favorite thing to do when not singing at SOS?
Kathy and Gabrielle: We love to go shopping and drink wine together.
