About

Progressive, Passionate, and Cutting Edge are just a few words used to define the Spirit of Syracuse Chorus in our mission to pass on our love of the Barbershop Style.

From local stages to intetnational competitions, the Spirit of Syracuse chorus has built a legacy of excellence that's been recognized time and again.

We believe the best performances come from the best teams — and that starts with a culture of kindness, respect, and genuine camaraderie.

We take our craft seriously — but the Spirit of Syracuse is where hard work and a whole lot of joy come together to create memories that last a lifetime.
Our Mission: The Spirit of Syracuse Chorus is committed to the music education of women of all ages, creating musical excellence in a warm, caring and supportive environment which encourages the personal growth and development of each member.
The Spirit of Syracuse is a proud chapter of SingUnited International (Formally Sweet Adelines Intl.)-- a highly respected worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony through education, performance and competition.
Join us for rehearsal Tuesdays at 7pm at Saint Sophia’s Greek Orthodox Church (325 Waring Road)!
