What is our word for our regional contest last month? Gratitude. We were so grateful for all of it. A huge shout out to Greater NY/NJ Region #15 for putting together an amazing contest experience in the middle of a pandemic. Judges, buses, hotel and singing for an audience- oh my! Thank you to the city of Albany for welcoming us back! Thank you to our coaches- Ryan Heller, Erin Howden and Joe Connelly for your guidance along the way. Thank you to our fabulous triumvirate of assistant directors - Alicia Caron, Sky Harris and Paulette Young who kept us on task week after week. The biggest thanks goes to the one and only Kay Crawford who directed us so masterfully with love and determination through all of it. Thank you to our friends and SOS alumni for your love and support. We placed 2nd in the Division AA awards and 3rd overall. We are proud and grateful for that accomplishment!
