Meet Amanda!
Occupation: Doctor of Pharmacy
Amanda joined the Sweet Adelines community in 2001 where she sang with Acapea North Chorus. In 2017 she found herself singing with the Spirit of Syracuse as a baritone! She did some barbershop in highschool and her college chorus director was in a men's barbershop chorus. Once she saw an add in the newspaper for a rehearsal, she thought it would be a fun thing to do after college and decided to check it out! She truly enjoys singing and expresses that the chorus is a big family where everyone has taken her in. They've sang at her wedding, went through her children's births with her, and were all so good with her daughter when she was brought to rehearsals as a baby. Finally, one of her favorite memories is the first time she attended a coaching session with Erin Howden. We are so glad to have you in this big family, Amanda!!
